Prices
If you use Convika in any language but Japanese, prices are shown and charged in US dollars. Pro: $12/month ($108/year). MAX: $49/month ($468/year). Page made for you: $199 per page, paid once, including 12 months of Pro (see Delivery). 1-year Pro pass (for passes already ordered): $29, paid once, for 365 days of Pro (see Delivery); it doesn't renew. Page view overage is charged as below. AI credit packs, paid once: 100 credits for $20, 300 for $55, or 700 for $115. If you use Convika in Japanese, they're shown and charged in Japanese yen. Pro: ¥1,800/month (¥16,200/year). MAX: ¥7,400/month (¥70,200/year). Page made for you: ¥29,800 per page, paid once, including 12 months of Pro (see Delivery). 1-year Pro pass (for passes already ordered): ¥4,400, paid once, for 365 days of Pro (see Delivery); it doesn't renew. Page view overage is charged as below. AI credit packs, paid once: 100 credits for ¥3,000, 300 for ¥8,400, or 700 for ¥17,500. Once a workspace has been charged in one currency, its plans and AI credit packs are charged in that currency from then on. No tax or fee is added to the prices shown. Page view overage (the number of times your published pages are shown): on Pro and MAX subscriptions, page views are counted by calendar month (UTC): except the month you subscribe in and, with a free trial, the months up to the one it ends in, each 10,000 page views past 100,000 in a month (1,000,000 on MAX) cost $1.30 (¥200 in yen), counted at the start of the next month and added to your next invoice (on a yearly plan, charged then on an invoice of its own). A subscription bought before October 27, 2026, 09:00 Japan time pays $0.10 (¥15 in yen) instead until the term it is in at that time ends; a term that starts from October 27, 2026, 09:00 Japan time, at a renewal or a change of plan or billing interval, pays the new price from the first full calendar month (UTC) after it starts (Terms of Service, Section 4). On the 1-year Pro pass, page views are counted by calendar month (UTC): except the month you buy it in and the month it ends in, each 10,000 page views past 100,000 in a month cost $1.30 (¥200 in yen), or $0.10 (¥15 in yen) on a pass bought before October 27, 2026, 09:00 Japan time, counted at the start of the next month and charged to the card you paid for the pass with. On the Pro and MAX subscriptions and the 1-year Pro pass, the workspace's owner can set a monthly limit on page view overage on the Plans & Billing page: a month's overage is never charged above the limit in place at the end of that month, and once it reaches the limit, the workspace's published pages stop from the next full hour until the limit is raised or removed, or the month ends (Terms of Service, Section 4). The Free plan has no charge for page views. From November 1, 2026 (UTC), or from its creation for a workspace created on or after October 23, 2026, 00:00 Japan time, on the Free plan and on Pro without a paid subscription (the Pro plan included with a page made for you, and the free period), once a month's page views reach the number the pricing page states (10,000 on the Free plan, 100,000 on Pro), editing, analytics, and other features are locked, and 7 days later your published pages stop, until the end of that month or until you change plans (Terms of Service, Section 4). The same applies to the 1-year Pro pass if its page view overage charge still fails when it is tried again on the 3rd of the next month (UTC), until it's paid. Offer at the end of the free period: for a workspace that published its first page before October 19, 2026, 17:50 Japan time, from the moment it publishes that page, which starts its free period (see Payment timing), until the end of the day 7 days after the free period ends (UTC dates), we may offer the first year of Pro billed yearly for $29 ($79 off the regular $108/year), or ¥4,400 (¥11,800 off the regular ¥16,200/year) in Japanese yen, to a workspace that has never signed up for a paid plan, trials included. You pay when you subscribe, even during the free period, and the year starts that day. From the second year it renews at the regular yearly price. Only the workspace shown the offer can subscribe at this price. Claude Code business launch workshop (held in Japanese and charged in Japanese yen): the small workshop is ¥48,000 per person for applications made by December 31, 2026 and ¥98,000 per person for applications made from January 1, 2027 (Japan time), the setup for one company is ¥550,000 per company, and the 12.5-hour training for one company is ¥660,000 per company. Light (a monthly add-on for a workspace on the Free plan): $3 a month, or ¥480 a month in Japanese yen. While a workspace has Light, it can have up to 5 pages published at a time; everything else is as on the Free plan. Once a workspace has been charged in one currency, Light is charged in that currency too (Terms of Service, Section 4). AI answer check packs (paid once, tax included): 100 checks for $3, 300 + 30 bonus checks for $9, 1,000 + 250 bonus checks for $30, 3,000 + 1,200 bonus checks for $90, 10,000 + 5,000 bonus checks for $300; in Japanese yen, ¥480, ¥1,440, ¥4,800, ¥14,400, ¥48,000, respectively. One check is one question asked of one AI. Bonus checks come free on top of the base checks. On a workspace's first purchase, any pack adds its base checks once more as bonus checks (Terms of Service, Section 4).
Fees for orders and payments (for shops taking orders on a page)
For each card payment on a page's order page, a share of the payment's total: 3% on the Free plan, 2% on Pro, 1% on MAX, and the rate in the contract on Enterprise. Stripe deducts it from the shop's sale when the payment is made and pays it to Convika. Stripe's card fee follows Stripe's pricing for the country of the shop's Stripe account, is paid by the shop to Stripe, and is not part of Convika's fee (for a Stripe account in Japan, 3.6%, plus 2% when a currency conversion is needed, with consumption tax on top of both). Orders paid cash on delivery, by bank transfer, or through the shop's own payment link carry no Convika fee. When the shop refunds a payment, Convika returns its fee in proportion to the amount refunded. It does not return its fee when a dispute (chargeback) takes the payment back.
Payment method
Credit card, through Stripe. In the Claude Code business launch workshop, the small workshop is paid by credit card or by bank transfer against an invoice, and the setup for one company and the 12.5-hour training for one company by bank transfer against an invoice.
Payment timing
A workspace that published its first page before October 19, 2026, 17:50 Japan time gets Pro free for 7 days (the "free period"). A workspace that publishes its first page from then on doesn't get the free period, including when it publishes from an AI client. When a workspace publishes its first page from the dashboard, you can publish it on the Free plan or choose Pro. The free period needs no card and costs nothing. It does not include monthly AI credits. It is not available to a workspace that has already signed up for a paid plan (trials included), or to a user who has used the free period on another workspace. When the free period ends, the workspace returns to the Free plan unless it has subscribed. If you subscribe to a paid plan (Pro or MAX) during the free period, you pay nothing until the free period ends. The first charge happens after 23:59:59 UTC on the UTC date the free period ends (8:59:59 a.m. the next day in Japan). If you subscribe with less than 49 hours left of the free period, the first charge happens after 23:59:59 UTC on the UTC date 49 hours after you subscribe. If you cancel before the first charge, you pay nothing. The one exception is the offer under Prices ("Offer at the end of the free period"): you pay when you subscribe, even during the free period, and the one-year term starts that day. A workspace that has never signed up for a paid plan (trials included) gets a 1-day free trial when it subscribes to Pro with a card, except while its free period runs (a subscription made during the free period is charged as described above). Pro monthly chosen on the screen to choose a plan when you publish your first page comes with the same 1-day free trial. The trial ends at the same time of day as you subscribed, and the first charge happens after that time. When the trial starts, we email you the date and time it ends. If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing. There is no free trial on MAX, or at the end-of-free-period offer's price or the discounted first annual invoice under the Pro annual campaign, which you pay when you subscribe. There is no free trial, and you're charged when you subscribe, if the workspace is subject to the page view limits (see Prices and Section 4 of the Terms of Service) and its page views that month have reached 80% of the number the pricing page states, or if you subscribe from a screen or email about the page view limits. If you subscribe with a promo code that extends the free period or the trial, the first charge happens when the extended period ends. Any other subscription is charged when you subscribe. Outside the free period, this includes MAX and any plan for a workspace that has signed up for a paid plan before (trials included). After that, it is charged on each automatic renewal, monthly or yearly depending on your term. A page made for you is charged when you approve the private preview and ask for the page to be published. If you don't ask, you pay nothing. The 1-year Pro pass is charged when you place the order. Its page view overage is charged to the card you paid for it with, on the 1st to 3rd (UTC) of the month after the one it's for. An AI credit pack is charged when you place the order. If you pay for the small workshop of the Claude Code business launch workshop by credit card, you pay in advance, on the payment screen shown right after you apply or through the payment link we send: no later than 2 hours before the first session of the week you apply for. If you pay by bank transfer, you pay to the account on the invoice by the end of the month after the workshop. The setup for one company and the 12.5-hour training for one company are paid by bank transfer to the account on the invoice, by the end of the month after they take place. The fee for the 12.5-hour training is an instructor's fee, so income tax is withheld from it. Light is charged for its first month when you order it, and you can use it as soon as the payment goes through. There is no free trial. After that, it is charged at each monthly automatic renewal until you cancel. AI answer check packs are charged to your credit card when you order.
Delivery
You can use a plan, or the credits of an AI credit pack, right after payment. For a page made for you, we email a private preview within 2 days of your request, and within 2 days of your payment we publish the page in the workspace you requested it for. A page made for you includes a working form, up to 2 rounds of changes to the preview, a domain you own connected to the page if you ask, and the Pro plan for that workspace for 12 months from your payment. You can use the Pro plan right after payment, and it doesn't renew. With the 1-year Pro pass, you can use Pro in that workspace for 365 days from the moment we confirm your payment. It doesn't renew; when the days are over, the workspace returns to the Free plan unless you subscribe, and your published pages stay live (for a 1-year Pro pass that started at or after midnight (00:00) Japan time on October 24, 2026, Section 4 of the Terms on a Pro plan that ends without payment applies). The small workshop of the Claude Code business launch workshop runs online on Monday and Wednesday of the week you apply for, 14:00–17:00 Japan time. The setup for one company is 2 online sessions of 3 hours, starting on a day you choose from Monday, October 19, 2026. The 12.5-hour training for one company is 5 online sessions of 2.5 hours, on days we agree with you. The checks of an AI answer check pack are added to the workspace that bought them as soon as the payment goes through, and are used when you run questions. A check that gets no answer back is given back.
Returns and cancellation
Because this is a digital service, we don't accept returns. You can cancel at any time and keep using the plan until the next renewal date. We don't refund part of a yearly plan if you cancel partway through. A page made for you costs nothing until you've seen the preview and paid, and you can drop the request at any time. If we can't publish the page after you've paid, we refund the full amount, and the 12 months of Pro end with the refund. For the 1-year Pro pass, if you ask at tomoya.fujita@fluxenic.com within 14 days of paying, we refund the full amount, whatever the reason, and the Pro that came with it ends with the refund. After 14 days, we don't refund it, and we don't refund part of it for days left unused. If the same account pays for the pass again, we refund each later payment in full automatically. You can cancel Pro at any time on the Plans & Billing page of the dashboard; if you cancel during its free trial, you keep Pro until the trial ends and pay nothing. For the small workshop of the Claude Code business launch workshop, a cancellation by 2 hours before the first session of the week you applied for is refunded in full; after that, someone else from the same company can take the seat. If fewer than 1 seat(s) are paid for by credit card or applied for by bank transfer by 2 hours before its first session, the workshop is cancelled and every payment is refunded in full. After the first session (Monday), if you tell us by 23:59 Japan time that day, we refund the full amount, whatever the reason; you then don't join the second session and don't receive the materials. If we can't hold the workshop, we refund in full. If you chose to pay by bank transfer, wherever a full refund applies, we don't charge you. For the setup for one company, if the one workflow agreed beforehand doesn't run to the agreed standard by the end of the second session, we don't charge for it, unless your side's preparation wasn't ready by the agreed date or the workflow was changed partway. The 12.5-hour training for one company has no refund, discount, reward, or anything else that lowers its fee. If we can't hold a session, we hold it on another day. You can cancel Light at any time on the Plans & Billing page of the dashboard and keep it until the end of the period you paid for. If you cancel before the next renewal, you aren't charged again. We don't refund part of a month, with one exception: when the workspace's first payment for a Pro or MAX subscription goes through (Light continues during a Pro free trial), or a payment for the 1-year Pro pass or a page made for you goes through, Light ends at that moment, and we refund the part of what you paid for its current month that matches the time left in it to the card you paid for Light with. A payment for Light by a workspace that already has Light, or that is on Pro or MAX through a paid subscription, the 1-year Pro pass, or a page made for you, is refunded in full automatically. When Light ends and the workspace is still on the Free plan, pages published above what the Free plan allows return to drafts, except the one published last (Terms of Service, Section 4). As with AI credit packs, AI answer check packs are a digital service and can't be refunded or cancelled once paid for. If Convika stops offering the AI answer check or the Service, it refunds the base checks bought and not used (bonus checks excluded; Terms of Service, Section 5).
System requirements
A current browser (latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge), or an AI client that supports MCP.
Notes
If you use Convika in Japanese, you're charged in Japanese yen; in any other language, in US dollars. If your card is in another currency than the charge, your card issuer converts it at its own rate and may add its own foreign-currency fee. Checks from AI answer check packs don't expire. They can be used only in the workspace that bought them, and can't be moved to another workspace or account, or exchanged for cash.

Revision history

  1. Prices, Payment timing, Delivery, Returns and cancellation, and Notes now include AI answer check packs: 100 checks for $3, 300 + 30 bonus for $9, 1,000 + 250 bonus for $30, 3,000 + 1,200 bonus for $90, and 10,000 + 5,000 bonus for $300 (¥480, ¥1,440, ¥4,800, ¥14,400, and ¥48,000 in yen), tax included. They say that a workspace's first purchase adds the base checks once more as bonus checks; that packs are charged to your card when you order and added at once; that they can't be refunded or cancelled once paid for, and that the base checks bought and not used are refunded if the check or the Service ends; and that they don't expire and work only in the workspace that bought them.

  2. Prices, Payment timing, and Returns and cancellation now include Light, a monthly add-on for a workspace on the Free plan ($3 a month, or ¥480 in Japanese yen; up to 5 pages published at a time while the workspace has it). They say that Light is charged when you order it and renews every month until you cancel, with no free trial; that you can cancel it at any time on the Plans & Billing page, with no refund for part of a month; and that when it ends because a payment for Pro or another purchase goes through, the part of its paid month that is left is refunded.

  3. The row for fees for orders and payments now says that Stripe's card fee follows Stripe's pricing for the country of the shop's Stripe account, and keeps Japan's rates. Convika's fee doesn't change.

  4. Adds the row for Convika's fee on card payments on a page's order page.

  5. Prices now says that each 10,000 page views past the allowance on the Pro and MAX subscriptions and the 1-year Pro pass cost $1.30 (¥200 in yen), instead of $0.10 (¥15 in yen), for a subscription or pass bought from October 27, 2026, 09:00 Japan time. One bought before then keeps $0.10 (¥15 in yen) until the term it is in ends, and a subscription then pays the new price from the first full calendar month (UTC) after it renews, or after a change of plan or billing interval. Prices also says that the owner of a workspace on Pro, MAX, or the 1-year Pro pass can set a monthly limit on page view overage: a month's overage is never charged above it, and at the limit the workspace's pages stop. The AI credit packs under Prices now cost $20 for 100 credits, $55 for 300, and $115 for 700 (¥3,000, ¥8,400, and ¥17,500 in yen), instead of $10, $25, and $50 (¥1,500, ¥3,800, and ¥7,500).

  6. Prices now says that page views past the allowance on the Pro and MAX subscriptions and on the 1-year Pro pass are counted by calendar month (UTC).

  7. Prices now says that on the 1-year Pro pass, each 10,000 page views past 100,000 in a month cost $0.10 (¥15 in yen), charged to the card you paid for the pass with, and no longer says that the pass stops at the limit. It also says that the Free plan's page view limits apply from its creation to a workspace created on or after October 23, 2026, 00:00 Japan time. Payment timing now says when the pass's overage is charged. Returns and cancellation now refunds the pass in full if you ask within 14 days of paying, instead of 7. Prices no longer lists the Site Pack, which isn't sold, and now lists the AI credit packs (100 credits for $10, 300 for $25, or 700 for $50; ¥1,500, ¥3,800, and ¥7,500 in yen). The page also now says what we already do. Prices: the page view limits apply to the Free plan and to Pro without a paid subscription, and to the 1-year Pro pass while its overage charge is unpaid. Payment timing: a workspace that published its first page on or after October 19, 2026, 17:50 Japan time gets no free period; a workspace subject to the page view limits whose page views that month have reached 80%, among others, gets no free trial; and an AI credit pack is charged when you order it. Returns and cancellation: cancelling during the free trial works the same for any Pro subscription. Delivery: AI credits can be used right after payment. Prices also now says that Section 4 of the Terms of Service sets out which workspaces can buy the 1-year Pro pass. Under Payment timing, the card-based free trial is 1 day again (it was 7 days) if you subscribe at or after midnight (00:00) Japan time on October 24, 2026. A trial that started before then keeps its 7 days.

  8. under Payment timing, the card-based free trial for a workspace that has never signed up for a paid plan is now a 7-day trial (it was 1 day), and it ends 7 days after you subscribe, at the same time of day.

  9. because the Convika business passed from Tomoya Fujita to Fluxenic Inc. by a business transfer on October 21, 2026, the Seller is now Fluxenic Inc., the Representative is Tomoya Fujita, Representative Director, and the Address is Fluxenic Inc.'s registered head office. Prices now says that, from November 1, 2026 (UTC), on the Free plan and the 1-year Pro pass (except a pass paid for by October 31, 2026 (UTC)), your published pages stop once a month's page views reach the number the pricing page states, until the end of that month or until you change plans. Prices now says that, from November 1, 2026 (UTC), once a month's page views reach the number the pricing page states, editing, analytics, and other features are locked, and 7 days later the published pages stop, instead of the pages stopping at once.

  10. under Payment timing, the card-based free trial for a workspace that has never signed up for a paid plan is now a 1-day trial (it was 14 days, and 7 days for Pro monthly chosen on the screen to choose a plan), and a workspace whose free period has ended can now get it. Payment timing also now says that the trial ends at the same time of day as you subscribed and the first charge happens after that time, that we email you the date and time the trial ends when it starts, and which subscriptions are charged when you subscribe: outside the free period, MAX and any plan for a workspace that has signed up for a paid plan before. Prices now states the page view overage of Pro and MAX subscriptions ($0.10, or ¥15 in yen, per 10,000 page views past 100,000 in a month (1,000,000 on MAX)) and that the Free plan and the 1-year Pro pass have no charge for page views.

  11. the 1-year Pro pass ($29, or ¥4,400 in Japanese yen; paid once, for 365 days of Pro, no automatic renewal) is now under Prices, Payment timing, Delivery, and Returns and cancellation. Returns and cancellation now says that the pass is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of paying, that a later payment for it from the same account is refunded automatically, and how to cancel Pro monthly chosen on the screen to choose a plan. Payment timing now says that, while we ask you to choose a plan when a workspace publishes its first page, a workspace that publishes its first page doesn't get the free period, and that choosing Pro monthly there comes with a 7-day free trial, first charged when 7 days have passed since you subscribed.

  12. the small workshop of the Claude Code business launch workshop is now ¥48,000 per person for applications made by December 31, 2026 and ¥98,000 per person for applications made from January 1, 2027, under Prices. The small workshop of the AI agent organization training now runs every week, and you choose the dates when you apply. Payment timing, Delivery, and Returns and cancellation now set each deadline at 2 hours before the first session of the dates you chose, and the setup for one company starts on a day you choose. You can also now pay for the small workshop of the AI agent organization training by bank transfer against an invoice, under Payment method and Payment timing. Payment timing also says you can pay by credit card on the payment screen shown right after you apply. Returns and cancellation now runs the workshop from 1 seat(s), counts applications to pay by bank transfer, and says we don't charge for an application to pay by bank transfer wherever a full refund applies. The 12.5-hour training for one company (¥660,000 per company) is now under Prices, Payment method, Payment timing, Delivery, and Returns and cancellation. The AI agent organization training is now named the Claude Code business launch workshop under Prices, Payment method, Payment timing, Delivery, and Returns and cancellation.

  13. a page made for you is now $199 per page (¥29,800 in Japanese yen), paid once, and includes 12 months of Pro. Delivery now says what it includes, and Returns and cancellation that the 12 months of Pro end with a refund. Under Prices, prices are now in Japanese yen when you use Convika in Japanese and in US dollars otherwise, a workspace charged in one currency is charged in it for plans and add-ons from then on, and "Prices include tax" now says that no tax or fee is added to the prices shown. Notes now says which currency you're charged in, and that your card issuer may add a fee when your card's currency differs from the charge. Under Prices, the offer at the end of the free period is now open from the moment a workspace publishes its first page, not only from 3 days before the free period ends. The AI agent organization training (the small workshop at ¥98,000 per person and the setup for one company at ¥550,000) is now under Prices, Payment method, Payment timing, Delivery, and Returns and cancellation.
