Terms of Service

Last updated: October 31, 2026Revision history

Important: from November 1, 2026, reaching the month's page view limit on Convika's Free plan pauses editing, and pages stop 7 days later

Thank you for using Convika.

We are revising section 4 of the Convika Terms of Service (the "Terms") and the Prices row of our Specified Commercial Transactions Act page as follows.

1. Effective date November 1, 2026 (UTC)

2. What changes On the Free plan and Pro without a paid subscription (the free period, and the Pro plan included with a page made for you; not the 1-year Pro pass), once a workspace's page views in a calendar month (UTC) reach the number the pricing page states for its plan (10,000 a month on the Free plan, 100,000 on Pro), then until the end of that month you can't edit, publish, or create pages, use templates or AI, view analytics, or view and export form entries. Forms keep taking entries, which are kept and can be viewed and exported once these limits lift. You can still sign in, use the Plans & Billing page, unpublish pages, and delete your account. The published pages stay up, each showing the Convika bar, until 7 days after the limit was reached, rounded up to the next full hour. After that, all of the workspace's published pages stop until the end of that month: visitors see a page saying that this month's limit has been reached instead of your page, and forms take no entries. These limits lift from the start of the next month, or as soon as the workspace pays for a Pro or MAX subscription, or buys the 1-year Pro pass. We email you when the month's page views reach 80% of the number, when the limit is reached, before the pages stop, and when they stop.

3. What stays the same Prices don't change. The Free plan is still never charged for page views. Pro and MAX subscriptions still never stop: page views past the plan's allowance are billed per 10,000, as before. The 1-year Pro pass isn't subject to these limits. How its page views are handled is set out in the October 23, 2026 change to section 4 of the Terms.

4. If you don't agree You can delete your account and stop using the Service at any time.

The revised Terms are at https://convika.com/terms/ and the revised Specified Commercial Transactions Act page at https://convika.com/commercial-transactions/ on our website. If you have any questions, contact us at tomoya.fujita@fluxenic.com.

October 21, 2026 Fluxenic Inc., Tomoya Fujita, Representative Director Shibuya Dogenzaka Tokyu Building 2F-C, 1-10-8 Dogenzaka, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Japan

Added October 23, 2026: For a workspace created on or after October 23, 2026, 00:00 Japan time, these limits apply from its creation instead of from November 1, 2026 (Section 4 of the Terms).

1. Acceptance of Terms

Convika (the "Service") is operated by Fluxenic Inc. (株式会社Fluxenic; "we" or "us"). Where these Terms refer to Convika as the provider of the Service, they mean Fluxenic Inc.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service, and subscribe to a paid plan or buy anything else on it, only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you are under 18 and falsely say that you are an adult or that you have that consent, you can't later rescind an agreement with Convika on the ground that you are a minor.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at tomoya.fujita@fluxenic.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Service Description

Convika is a service for creating, publishing, measuring, and improving landing pages. It hosts the pages you publish, at a Convika address or on a custom domain you connect, stores the form submissions those pages receive, and reports their visits, traffic sources, button clicks, and form submissions.

On a Convika address, such as yourpage.convika.page, Convika marks every link to another website in your page's HTML with rel="ugc nofollow". This tells search engines that the link is in content a user published, and asks them not to count it toward the linked website's ranking in search results. On a custom domain you connect, Convika leaves links as they are in your page.

You can create and edit pages in any of these ways:

- Uploading an HTML file or pasting HTML code in the dashboard - Generating or editing a page with the dashboard's built-in AI, from your instructions or from the address of an existing web page. Each generation or edit uses AI credits. New accounts receive AI credits to start, paid plans add credits every month, and you can buy more in credit packs. - Connecting your own AI client that supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP), such as Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or Codex, so that it can use Convika's tools for you. The AI client is provided by a third party, not by Convika. - Asking Convika to make a page for you from what you tell it (a page made for you, Section 4)

On convika.com, Convika also offers free tools that work without an account, such as a tool that publishes an uploaded or pasted HTML page to a temporary preview link and a tool that rebuilds an existing landing page from its address. These Terms apply to those tools as part of the Service.

The built-in AI sends your instructions to AI models run by third-party providers, through OpenRouter, as described in the Privacy Policy. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Pages and changes that the built-in AI or a connected AI client produces for you are your User Content under Section 6, and you are responsible for reviewing them before you publish them. A page goes live only when it is published from your account, in the dashboard or by an AI client you have connected, or when you ask Convika to publish a page it made for you.

If you use the features for taking orders on a page (the order page, order records and notices, and card payments), the Orders and Payments Terms apply in addition to these Terms. They apply only to people who agree to them on the screen where they start taking orders.

4. Fees and Payment

Convika offers the following plans. Prices are in US dollars, or in Japanese yen if you use Convika in Japanese. Once a workspace has been charged in one currency, its plans and AI credit packs are charged in that currency from then on.

- Free: $0 - Pro: $12/month ($108/year), or ¥1,800/month (¥16,200/year) in yen - MAX: $49/month ($468/year), or ¥7,400/month (¥70,200/year) in yen

On the Free plan, a workspace created on or after October 23, 2026, 00:00 Japan time can have up to 1 page published at a time. Drafts, previews, and the sample page created when you sign up don't count. A workspace created before then can publish as many pages as the pricing page states, as before. If a workspace that moves from a paid plan to the Free plan has more pages published than this, those pages stay published (except when a Pro plan that started at or after midnight (00:00) Japan time on October 24, 2026 ends without payment: then, as this section says, pages above what the Free plan allows return to drafts except the one published last), and it can't publish another page until it has fewer pages published than this.

Pages: a workspace can have up to 100 pages published at a time on Pro, and up to 10,000 on MAX. It can keep up to 10 pages on the Free plan, 100 on Pro, and 10,000 on MAX, drafts included. It can make up to 10 new pages a day on the Free plan, 100 on Pro, and 1,000 on MAX, counted by calendar day (UTC), however they are made: in the dashboard, by uploading a file, from a template, with the built-in AI, from an AI client, or by keeping a page made with one of Convika's free tools. Deleting a page doesn't give one back. Once a workspace has made the day's number, it can make new pages again from 00:00 UTC the next day, and it can still edit and publish the pages it has. A page handed over to you through a claim link, such as a page made for you, doesn't count toward the day's number unless it was made with one of Convika's free tools, and neither does the sample page created when you sign up.

Page views (the number of times your published pages are shown): the Free plan has no charge for page views. In a workspace created before October 23, 2026, 00:00 Japan time, no page stops on any plan until October 31, 2026 (UTC). From November 1, 2026 (UTC), or from its creation for a workspace created on or after October 23, 2026, 00:00 Japan time, on the Free plan and Pro without a paid subscription (the free period, and the Pro plan included with a page made for you), once a workspace's page views in a calendar month (UTC) reach the number the pricing page states for its plan (10,000 on the Free plan, 100,000 on Pro) (the "cap"), then until the end of that month you can't edit, publish, or create pages, use templates or AI, view analytics, or view and export form entries. Forms keep taking entries, which are kept and can be viewed and exported once these limits lift. You can still sign in, use the Plans & Billing page, unpublish pages, and delete your account. The workspace's published pages stay up, each showing the Convika bar, until 7 days after the cap was reached, rounded up to the next full hour (the "stop time"). From the stop time until the end of that month, all of the workspace's published pages stop: visitors see a page saying that this month's limit has been reached instead of your page, and forms take no entries. These limits lift from the start of the next month, or as soon as the workspace pays for a Pro or MAX subscription, or buys the 1-year Pro pass. Convika emails you when the month's page views reach 80% of the number, when the cap is reached, before the stop time, and when the pages stop. The 1-year Pro pass isn't subject to these limits, and its pages stay published past 100,000 page views in a calendar month (UTC). Each further 10,000 page views cost $1.30 (¥200 in yen), or $0.10 (¥15 in yen) on a pass bought before October 27, 2026, 09:00 Japan time, counted at the start of the next month and charged to the card you paid for the pass with. Neither the month you buy the pass in nor the month it ends in is charged. If that charge still fails when it is tried again on the 3rd of the next month (UTC), these limits apply to the pass too until it's paid. On the Pro and MAX subscriptions, a workspace's page views are counted by calendar month (UTC): except the month you subscribe in and, with a free trial, the months up to the one it ends in, 100,000 page views a month (1,000,000 on MAX) are included, and each further 10,000 page views cost $1.30 (¥200 in yen), counted at the start of the next month and added to your next invoice (on a yearly plan, charged then on an invoice of its own). A subscription bought before October 27, 2026, 09:00 Japan time pays $0.10 (¥15 in yen) instead until the term it is in at that time ends (on a monthly plan, at its next renewal; on a yearly plan, at the end of its year; a free trial and the paid term that follows it count as one term). A term that starts from October 27, 2026, 09:00 Japan time, at a renewal or when you change the plan or the billing interval (such as from monthly to yearly), pays the new price from the first full calendar month (UTC) after it starts. Your pages stay published past the included page views, and there is no cap unless you set a monthly limit as described below. The Plans & Billing page shows the month's estimated overage, and Convika emails you when the estimate passes set amounts. On the Free plan and the 1-year Pro pass, if a workspace's page views go past 5,000,000 in a month, Convika may contact you.

Monthly limit on page view overage: on the Pro and MAX subscriptions and the 1-year Pro pass, the workspace's owner can set a monthly limit on its page view overage on the Plans & Billing page, at any amount from 0 but not below the overage the current month has already reached. There is no limit unless the owner sets one. Once a month's overage reaches the limit, all of the workspace's published pages stop from the next full hour until the end of that month: visitors see a page saying that the page is paused instead of your page, and forms take no entries. You can still use the dashboard. The pages come back when the owner raises or removes the limit, or from the start of the next month (UTC). A month's overage is never charged above the limit in place at the end of that month. In a month whose page views past the allowance aren't charged, such as the month you subscribe in, the limit doesn't stop the pages.

End-of-free-period offer: a workspace that published its first page before October 19, 2026, 17:50 Japan time gets Pro free for a period from that page (the free period). From the moment it publishes that first page until the end of the day 7 days after its free period ends (UTC dates), a workspace that has never subscribed to a paid plan, trials included, may be offered the first year of Pro billed yearly for $29 ($79 off the regular $108/year), or ¥4,400 (¥11,800 off the regular ¥16,200/year) in yen. It is charged when you subscribe, even during the free period, and the year starts that day. It renews at the regular yearly price from the second year. Only the workspace shown the offer can subscribe at that price.

Plan choice at the first publish: a workspace that published its first page on or after October 19, 2026, 17:50 Japan time gets no free period, including when it publishes from an AI client. When a workspace publishes its first page from the dashboard, you can publish it on the Free plan or choose Pro.

Pro free trial: a workspace that has never subscribed to a paid plan, trials included, and isn't in its free period gets a 1-day free trial that starts with a card when it subscribes to Pro, monthly or yearly, whether you choose Pro monthly on the screen to choose a plan or subscribe from the Plans & Billing page or elsewhere in the dashboard. After the 1-day free trial ends, at the same time of day as you subscribed, your card is charged the first month's or the first year's price, and the plan then renews until you cancel. There is no free trial on MAX, or at the end-of-free-period offer's price or the discounted first annual invoice under the Pro annual campaign, which you pay when you subscribe. There is none either, and you are charged when you subscribe, if the workspace is subject to the page view limits in this section and its page views that month have reached 80% of the number the pricing page states, or if you subscribe from a screen or email about the page view limits. If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing. You can cancel at any time on the Plans & Billing page of the dashboard.

Convika also offers one-time services:

- Page made for you: $199 per page (¥29,800 in yen), one time, including 12 months of Pro - 1-year Pro pass (for passes already ordered): $29 (¥4,400 in yen), one time, for 365 days of Pro; it doesn't renew, and page view overage is charged separately - AI credit packs: 100 credits for $20, 300 for $55, or 700 for $115 (¥3,000, ¥8,400, and ¥17,500 in yen), one time, for the built-in AI in Section 3

For a page made for you, Convika makes a landing page with a working form from what you tell it and emails a private preview to your account's email address within 2 days of your request. Up to 2 rounds of changes to the preview are included. You pay only if you approve the preview and ask for the page to be published. Convika then publishes it in your workspace within 2 days of your payment, where it is your User Content under Section 6. If you own a domain and tell Convika which one, Convika connects the page to it; you add the DNS records the dashboard shows where you manage the domain, and the domain's own fees are yours.

The payment also puts the workspace you sent the request from on the Pro plan for 12 months from the day you pay. This is not a subscription: it doesn't renew, nothing more is charged for it, and when the 12 months end the workspace returns to the Free plan unless it subscribes to a paid plan. While the workspace has a paid subscription, that subscription's plan applies.

The following applies to a 1-year Pro pass already ordered. You pay $29, or ¥4,400 if you use Convika in Japanese, once, when you order. The workspace is on the Pro plan for 365 days from the moment Convika confirms your payment. This is not a subscription: it doesn't renew, and when the 365 days end the workspace returns to the Free plan unless it subscribes to a paid plan. Page view overage is charged as the Page views paragraph above says. Your published pages stay live (for a 1-year Pro pass that started at or after midnight (00:00) Japan time on October 24, 2026, Section 4's rule for a Pro plan that ends without payment applies), with the Free plan's features and limits. While the workspace has a paid subscription, that subscription's plan applies.

If a Pro plan (including a free trial and the 1-year Pro pass) that started at or after midnight (00:00) Japan time on October 24, 2026 ends without payment, Convika takes pages on a private link or with a password offline and returns live pages above what the Free plan allows to drafts, except the one published last. Page data is not deleted.

Light: a monthly add-on for a workspace on the Free plan, which a workspace can order when Convika shows it the screen to order Light. It costs $3 a month, or ¥480 a month in yen, and as with the plans, once a workspace has been charged in one currency, Light is charged in that currency from then on. While a workspace has Light, it can have up to 5 pages published at a time on the Free plan, and that is what the Free plan allows wherever this section refers to it. Wherever this section returns pages to drafts, it keeps the pages published most recently, up to that number. Everything else stays as on the Free plan, including the Convika bar at the bottom of its pages, the page view limits, AI credits, forms, custom domains, members, and analytics. The workspace stays on the Free plan, and Light isn't a paid plan under these Terms. There is no free trial: the first month is charged to your credit card through Stripe when you order, and Light then renews every month, charged at each renewal, until you cancel. If a renewal still isn't paid after it is tried again, Light ends. When the workspace's first payment for a Pro or MAX subscription goes through (with a free trial, the first payment after the trial ends; Light continues during the trial), or the workspace's payment for the 1-year Pro pass or a page made for you goes through, Light ends at that moment and is refunded as Section 5 says. When Light ends and the workspace is still on the Free plan, Convika returns live pages above what the Free plan allows to drafts, except the one published last. Page data is not deleted.

AI answer check: Convika asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews the questions a workspace saved, and counts the answers, only when a member of the workspace, or an AI client a member connected, runs the check. One question asked of one AI is one check, and a run uses as many checks as the number of questions times the number of AIs. A check that gets no answer back (one that ended in an error, couldn't be asked, or came back empty) is given back. Each calendar month (UTC), the Pro plan includes 100 checks and the MAX plan 500 (none on the free period or the Pro plan included with a page made for you), and checks left at the end of the month don't carry over. A run uses these first, then checks from AI answer check packs, the oldest purchase first. While an outside service Convika uses to get the answers is unavailable, Convika may not take a run, and then no checks are used.

AI answer check packs are checks paid for once, which a workspace on any plan can buy. Prices include tax: 100 checks for $3, 300 + 30 bonus checks for $9, 1,000 + 250 bonus checks for $30, 3,000 + 1,200 bonus checks for $90, 10,000 + 5,000 bonus checks for $300 (¥480, ¥1,440, ¥4,800, ¥14,400, ¥48,000 in yen, respectively). Bonus checks come free on top of a pack's base checks, are used as AI answer checks, and are used before that pack's base checks. When a workspace buys its first pack, of any size, Convika adds the pack's base checks once more as bonus checks. Your credit card is charged through Stripe when you order, and the checks are added to the workspace that bought them as soon as the payment goes through. Checks you buy don't expire and stay when you change plans. They can be used only in the workspace that bought them, and can't be moved to another workspace or account, or exchanged for cash or other services. Deleting the workspace also removes its unused checks.

Payment is processed via Stripe using credit card, for plans, Light, AI credit packs, AI answer check packs, pages made for you, and the 1-year Pro pass alike. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price changes take effect.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. If you cancel Pro during its free trial, you keep Pro until the trial ends and pay nothing.

Monthly subscriptions, Light included, are not eligible for prorated refunds, with one exception: when Light ends because a payment for a Pro or MAX subscription, the 1-year Pro pass, or a page made for you goes through (Section 4), Convika refunds the part of what you paid for Light's current month that matches the time left in it, rounded up to the yen or the cent, to the card you paid for Light with. Annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

For a page made for you, nothing is charged unless you approve its preview and pay. If Convika can't publish the page after you pay, it refunds the payment in full. The 12 months of Pro that come with the payment end when it is refunded.

For the 1-year Pro pass, if you ask at tomoya.fujita@fluxenic.com within 14 days of paying, Convika refunds the payment in full, whatever the reason. The Pro plan that came with the pass ends when it is refunded. After 14 days, the pass is not refunded, and no part of it is refunded for days left unused. If the same account pays for the pass again, each later payment is refunded in full automatically.

You can cancel Light at any time on the Plans & Billing page of the dashboard, and you keep it until the end of the period you paid for. If you cancel before the next renewal, you aren't charged again. If a workspace pays for Light while it already has Light, or while it is on Pro or MAX through a paid subscription, the 1-year Pro pass, or a page made for you, that Light ends at once and the payment is refunded in full automatically.

As with AI credit packs, AI answer check packs can't be refunded or cancelled once paid for. Checks that get no answer back are given back as Section 4 says. If Convika stops offering the AI answer check or the Service, it tells you beforehand and refunds, to the card you paid with, the base checks you bought and haven't used at that time (bonus checks excluded), each at its pack's price per check (the pack's price divided by its base checks).

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through the Service ("User Content").

By using the Service, you grant Convika a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and deliver your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Convika's team may view the User Content stored in your account to provide and run the Service, answer your support requests, improve the Service, and prevent fraud and abuse. That covers your live pages and also drafts, previews, earlier and unpublished versions, and pages behind a password. Only people on Convika's team can view it. When one of them opens a page's content in Convika's internal admin console, Convika logs who opened which page and version, and when. The console's lists show the title and first heading of every page, drafts included, and showing them isn't logged. Section 1 of the Privacy Policy describes this under Convika's Access to Your Pages.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights or violate any applicable laws.

Copies of your pages: you can let people make their own copy of a page you publish, when you publish it or in the page's settings. It is off until you turn it on. While it is on, you allow anyone who opens the page to copy it as it is live, change their copy, and publish it with the Service, and you represent that you have the rights to allow this for everything on the page. Each copy credits your page by its title and address; Convika doesn't add your name, but the text on the page stays as written. Each copy leaves out your page's Convika forms, forms embedded from form services such as Google Forms, and the analytics tags Convika recognizes; the rest of the page, including its other scripts and embeds, stays in the copy. Turning it off stops new copies; copies already made stay with the people who made them. Convika may stop copies of a page that is reported or taken down.

A copy you make of someone else's page is your User Content once you keep it, and these Terms apply to it as to any page you publish.

Who can open your pages, and the gallery: when you publish a page, you choose Public or Private link. A private link and a page password are features of the paid plans, the Pro 1-year pass and Pro during a free period or trial included. When you publish your first page and choose Pro, you can also make that page a private link or set a password on it. When a paid plan ends, pages you made private or protected with a password stay that way (except when a Pro plan that started at or after midnight (00:00) Japan time on October 24, 2026 ends without payment: then, as Section 4 says, they go offline), but changing them needs a paid plan. A page you published before October 22, 2026 with "Only people I send the link to" counts as a private link and stays that way on any plan.

A Public page may appear in search engines' results. Convika may also list Public pages in its gallery on convika.com, meaning the pages Convika runs to show pages made by its users, including parts of the home page and of template pages. By publishing a page as Public, you allow Convika, free of charge, to show, copy, and deliver its live title, description, address, the share image Convika makes from the page (its title and template), an image of its screen, its format, and the template it was made from, to list it in the gallery and to promote the gallery, and you represent that you have the rights to allow this for everything on the page.

Convika chooses which pages to list and reviews each one before listing it. Convika doesn't list pages that name people, identify a school, class, or other specific people, or show contact details, pages that have been reported, or other pages Convika finds unsuitable. You can stop a page's listing at any time by making it a private link, setting a password, unpublishing it, or deleting it. You can also turn on "Don't show this page in the gallery" in Site settings. Convika removes a stopped page from the gallery within 1 hour. Listing doesn't change who owns the page, and Convika pays you nothing for it. A page published before October 22, 2026 is not listed until you publish it again as Public from the dashboard on or after that date.

7. Commercial Use and Prohibited Use

You may use the Service for commercial purposes on every plan, including the Free plan. For example, you may publish a page that sells or advertises a product or service, a startup or waitlist page, or a portfolio that offers your services for hire. Freelancers and agencies may build pages for their clients, host them on the Service, and charge those clients for that work.

Ads on your pages (applies from November 1, 2026, 00:00 Japan time): if you put an ad network's tags on your pages or set an ads.txt for them, your agreement with that network is between you and the network. You are responsible for following its terms and for any notice or consent it requires from your visitors, such as a cookie notice. When Convika serves an ads.txt you enter, it does so without checking its entries with the network, and Convika is not a party to that agreement.

You agree not to use the Service for:

- Publishing illegal content - Distributing spam, malware, or phishing content - Reverse engineering or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service - Reselling or redistributing the Service itself without authorization, such as selling access to Convika accounts, the Convika API, or the Convika MCP server as your own hosting product. Charging a client for a page you made and host on the Service is not reselling the Service. - Imposing an unreasonable load on the Service infrastructure - Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

8. Intellectual Property

The Convika brand, logo, software, and all related intellectual property are owned by Fluxenic Inc. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

This license does not grant you any rights to use Convika's trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

9. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before making material changes that adversely affect your use.

In the event of a complete service shutdown, we will provide a reasonable data export period.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, data integrity, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Convika's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

In no event shall Convika be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

13. Contact

If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at tomoya.fujita@fluxenic.com.

14. Transfer of the Business

If we transfer the business of the Service to a third party, whether by a business transfer, a company split, or any other way in which the business passes to another, we may transfer to the transferee, with that business, our position under these Terms, our rights and obligations under them, and your registration and other information, and you agree in advance to such a transfer.

Until October 20, 2026, the Service was run by Tomoya Fujita as a sole proprietorship. On October 21, 2026, the business of the Service passed from Tomoya Fujita to Fluxenic Inc. by a business transfer, and on that day Tomoya Fujita's position under these Terms, the rights and obligations under them, and your registration and other information passed to Fluxenic Inc. 1. Section 4 adds the AI answer check: Convika asks the questions only when a member or their AI client runs the check, one question asked of one AI is one check, a check that gets no answer back is given back, Pro includes 100 checks a month and MAX 500, which don't carry over, and while an outside service Convika uses to get the answers is unavailable, Convika may not take a run and uses no checks. It also adds AI answer check packs, which any plan can buy: 100 checks for $3, 300 + 30 bonus for $9, 1,000 + 250 bonus for $30, 3,000 + 1,200 bonus for $90, and 10,000 + 5,000 bonus for $300 (¥480, ¥1,440, ¥4,800, ¥14,400, and ¥48,000 in yen), tax included; a workspace's first pack adds its base checks once more as bonus checks; they're charged to your card when you order and added at once; they don't expire, they can be used only in the workspace that bought them, with no transfer or cash-out; and deleting the workspace removes its unused checks. Section 5 says packs can't be refunded or cancelled once paid for, and that if Convika stops offering the check or the Service, it refunds the base checks bought and not used.

  2. Section 4 adds Light, a monthly add-on for a workspace on the Free plan: $3 a month (¥480 in yen), with up to 5 pages published at a time while the workspace has it and everything else as on the Free plan. It has no free trial, is charged when you order, and renews every month until you cancel. It ends when a first payment for a Pro or MAX subscription, or a payment for the 1-year Pro pass or a page made for you, goes through; when it ends and the workspace is still on the Free plan, live pages above what the Free plan allows return to drafts, except the one published last. Section 5 says that you can cancel Light at any time and that no part of a month is refunded, except that when Light ends because one of those payments goes through, the part of its paid month that is left is refunded; a payment for Light while the workspace already has it, or while it is on Pro or MAX through one of those payments, is refunded in full.

  3. Section 3, Service Description, adds that the Orders and Payments Terms apply to people who use the features for taking orders on a page. Nothing changes for anyone who doesn't use them.

  4. Section 7 adds Ads on your pages, which applies from November 1, 2026, 00:00 Japan time: if you put an ad network's tags on your pages or set an ads.txt for them, your agreement with that network is between you and the network, you are responsible for following its terms and for the notices and consents it requires from your visitors, and when Convika serves an ads.txt you enter, it does so without checking its entries and is not a party to that agreement. Until then, these Terms apply without it. Section 4 now states how many pages each plan allows: a workspace can have up to 100 pages published at a time on Pro (50 before) and up to 10,000 on MAX (100 before), and keep up to 10 pages on the Free plan, 100 on Pro, and 10,000 on MAX, drafts included. It also adds a limit on new pages a day (UTC): up to 10 on the Free plan, 100 on Pro, and 1,000 on MAX. Section 4 now charges page views past the allowance on the Pro and MAX subscriptions and the 1-year Pro pass at $1.30 (¥200 in yen) per 10,000, instead of $0.10 (¥15 in yen), for a subscription or pass bought from October 27, 2026, 09:00 Japan time. A subscription or pass bought before then keeps $0.10 (¥15 in yen) until the term it is in ends, and a subscription then pays the new price from the first full calendar month (UTC) after it renews, or after a change of plan or billing interval. Section 4 also lets the owner of a workspace on Pro, MAX, or the 1-year Pro pass set a monthly limit on page view overage: once a month's overage reaches it, the workspace's pages stop from the next full hour until the limit is raised or removed or the month ends, and a month's overage is never charged above it. The AI credit packs in Section 4 now cost $20 for 100 credits, $55 for 300, and $115 for 700 (¥3,000, ¥8,400, and ¥17,500 in yen), instead of $10, $25, and $50 (¥1,500, ¥3,800, and ¥7,500).

  5. Section 4 now says that page views on the Pro and MAX subscriptions and on the 1-year Pro pass are counted by calendar month (UTC), both those included and those charged past them.

  6. Section 4 now says that a workspace created on or after October 23, 2026, 00:00 Japan time can have up to 1 page published at a time on the Free plan (drafts, previews, and the sample page created when you sign up don't count), that a workspace created before then publishes as before, and that a workspace moving from a paid plan to the Free plan keeps its published pages published. Section 4 also now applies the page view limits to a workspace created on or after October 23, 2026, 00:00 Japan time from its creation, instead of from November 1, 2026 (UTC). These changes apply to workspaces created on or after October 23, 2026, 00:00 Japan time; nothing changes for workspaces created before then. Section 4 also now says that the 1-year Pro pass isn't subject to the page view limits, that each 10,000 page views past 100,000 in a month cost $0.10 (¥15 in yen), charged at the start of the next month to the card you paid for the pass with, and that if that charge still fails when it is tried again on the 3rd of the next month (UTC), the limits apply until it's paid. Section 5 now refunds the pass in full if you ask within 14 days of paying, instead of 7. Section 4 no longer lists the Site Pack add-on, which isn't sold, and now lists the AI credit packs (100 credits for $10, 300 for $25, or 700 for $50; ¥1,500, ¥3,800, and ¥7,500 in yen). Section 4 also now says what Convika already does: a workspace that published its first page on or after October 19, 2026, 17:50 Japan time gets no free period; the card-based Pro free trial comes with Pro, monthly or yearly, for a workspace that has never subscribed to a paid plan, trials included, whether it subscribes on the screen to choose a plan or from the Plans & Billing page or elsewhere; there is none at the end-of-free-period offer's price or on MAX, and a workspace subject to the page view limits whose page views that month have reached 80%, among others, is charged when it subscribes; and which workspaces can buy the 1-year Pro pass, and where. Section 5 now says that cancelling Pro during its free trial, not only Pro monthly chosen on the screen to choose a plan, keeps Pro until the trial ends and costs nothing. Section 6 now also says that when you choose the Pro 1-year pass or Pro monthly as you publish your first page, you can set a password on that page too. Section 4 now says that if a Pro plan (including a free trial and the 1-year Pro pass) that started at or after midnight (00:00) Japan time on October 24, 2026 ends without payment, Convika takes pages on a private link or with a password offline and returns live pages above what the Free plan allows to drafts, except the one published last, and that page data is not deleted. Section 4 also now says that the card-based Pro free trial is 1 day again, instead of 7 days, if you subscribe at or after midnight (00:00) Japan time on October 24, 2026. A trial that started before then keeps its 7 days.

  7. Section 6 now says that you choose Public or Private link when you publish a page, that a private link and a page password are features of the paid plans, that pages published earlier with "Only people I send the link to" stay as they are, and that Convika may list Public pages in its gallery, with what it shows for them, the review before listing, and how to stop a listing. Section 4 now says that choosing Pro monthly on the screen to choose a plan comes with a 7-day free trial instead of a 1-day one, and that your card is charged the first month's price after those 7 days, at the same time of day as you subscribed.

  8. Section 1 now says that Fluxenic Inc. operates the Service, and that where these Terms refer to Convika as the provider of the Service, they mean Fluxenic Inc. Section 8 now says that Convika's intellectual property is owned by Fluxenic Inc. instead of Tomoya Fujita. New section 14, Transfer of the Business, says that if we transfer the business of the Service, we may transfer our position under these Terms and your information to the transferee, and that on October 21, 2026, the business of the Service passed from Tomoya Fujita to Fluxenic Inc. by a business transfer, together with Tomoya Fujita's position under these Terms, the rights and obligations under them, and your registration and other information. The revised Terms apply from October 21, 2026. Section 4 now says that, from November 1, 2026 (UTC), on the Free plan, the 1-year Pro pass, and Pro without a paid subscription, all of a workspace's published pages stop for the rest of the calendar month (UTC) once its page views that month reach the number the pricing page states for its plan (10,000 on the Free plan, 100,000 on Pro); that while they are stopped, visitors see a notice instead of the page, forms take no entries, and pages can't be edited or published, while signing in, the Plans & Billing page, viewing and exporting form entries, and deleting your account still work; that the pages are shown again from the next month, or once the workspace pays for a Pro or MAX subscription, or buys the 1-year Pro pass while the month's page views are below what it includes; that Convika emails you at 80% of the number and when the pages stop; and that a 1-year Pro pass paid for by October 31, 2026 (UTC) doesn't stop until it ends. Until then, no page stops on any plan. Section 4's page view terms are revised before they apply on November 1, 2026 (UTC). When a month's page views reach the number the pricing page states, the pages no longer stop at once: editing, publishing, and creating pages, templates and AI, analytics, and viewing and exporting form entries are locked (forms keep taking entries, which are kept, and pages can still be unpublished); the published pages stay up, each showing the Convika bar, for 7 days, rounded up to the next full hour; only if the workspace hasn't paid by then do all of its published pages stop until the end of that month; and Convika also emails you before the pages stop.

  9. Section 4 now says that choosing Pro monthly on the screen to choose a plan comes with a 1-day free trial instead of a 7-day one, and that your card is charged the first month's price after that trial ends, at the same time of day as you subscribed. Section 4 now says how page views (the number of times your published pages are shown) are charged: the Free plan and the 1-year Pro pass have no charge for them, and past the number the pricing page states, nothing more is charged and your pages stay published; on the Pro and MAX subscriptions, except the month you subscribe in and, with a free trial, the months up to the one it ends in, 100,000 page views a month (1,000,000 on MAX) are included and each further 10,000 cost $0.10 (¥15 in yen) on your next invoice, with no cap and no stop; the Plans & Billing page shows the estimate, and Convika emails you when it passes set amounts; and on the Free plan and the 1-year Pro pass, Convika may contact you past 5,000,000 page views in a month.

  10. Section 4 now says that, while Convika asks you to choose a plan (Free, the 1-year Pro pass, or Pro monthly) when a workspace publishes its first page, a workspace that publishes its first page gets no free period; that choosing Pro monthly there comes with a 7-day free trial that starts with a card, first charged when 7 days have passed since you subscribed; and that you can cancel at any time on the Plans & Billing page. Section 4 also adds the 1-year Pro pass to the one-time services ($29, or ¥4,400 in yen; paid once, for 365 days of Pro from your payment; it doesn't renew, and when it ends the workspace returns to the Free plan and your pages stay live), and says that it is paid by credit card through Stripe, as everything else is. Section 5 now says that the pass is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of paying, and its Pro ends then; that a later payment for the pass from the same account is refunded automatically; and that cancelling Pro monthly chosen on that screen during its free trial costs nothing.

  11. Section 2 now lets people 13 and over use the Service, instead of only people 18 and over. It says that if you are under 18, you use the Service, and subscribe to a paid plan or buy anything else on it, only with a parent's or legal guardian's consent, and that if you falsely say you are an adult or have that consent, you can't later rescind an agreement with Convika on the ground that you are a minor.

  12. Section 4 now sets a page made for you at $199 per page (¥29,800 in yen), one time, and says it includes a landing page with a working form, up to 2 rounds of changes to its preview, a domain you own connected if you ask, and the Pro plan for 12 months from your payment, which doesn't renew. Section 5 now says those 12 months end if the payment is refunded. Section 4 now gives the prices in Japanese yen for when you use Convika in Japanese, and says that a workspace charged in one currency is charged in it for plans and add-ons from then on. Section 4 also says that the end-of-free-period offer is open from the moment a workspace publishes its first page, not only from 3 days before its free period ends. Section 6 now says that, to provide and run the Service, answer your support requests, improve the Service, and prevent fraud and abuse, Convika's team may view the User Content stored in your account, drafts, previews, earlier and unpublished versions, and pages behind a password included, that only people on Convika's team can view it, that Convika logs who opened which page and version, and when, each time one of them opens a page's content in its internal admin console, and that the console's lists show every page's title and first heading, drafts included, without logging.

  13. Section 3 now says that, on a Convika address, Convika marks every link to another website in your page's HTML with rel="ugc nofollow", which asks search engines not to count it toward that website's search ranking, and that it leaves links on a custom domain you connect as they are. Section 6 now says that you can let people make their own copy of a page you publish, what that lets them do with their copy, what the copy credits and leaves out, that turning it off stops new copies but not the ones already made, and that a copy you make of someone else's page is your User Content.

  14. Section 4 now describes the end-of-free-period offer: the first year of Pro billed yearly for $29, then $108/year, for a workspace that has never subscribed, from 3 days before its free period ends through the 7th day after, charged when you subscribe. Sections 3, 4, and 5 also add a page made for you. Convika emails a preview within 2 days of your request. You pay $49 once, only if you approve the preview and want the page published. Convika then publishes it within 2 days of your payment, and refunds the payment in full if it can't.

  15. Section 7 now states that every plan, including the Free plan, may be used for commercial purposes, and describes what the ban on reselling the Service covers. Section 3 now describes the Service as it works today, including HTML upload, the built-in AI, AI clients connected over MCP, and the free tools on convika.com.
